We had a fantastic stay at Somerset! the breakfast was delicious, with a great choice of local and European dishes. the room was spacious and luxurious, complete with high-quality toiletries. We loved the homelike feeling of the kitchenette, which had all the amenities we needed. the location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation. the hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views.

It was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Cons: Nothing could have been better.

I chose this hotel for attending a business appointment and it provided a great experience in supporting travelers who work and live away from home. The complimentary wired Internet access and business center were convenient for my work needs. The free parking was also a bonus, making it easy for me to come and go.

The only service I missed for my work was a printing and photocopying facility. It would have been helpful to have access to these amenities to take care of some last-minute documents.

The place is close to Malls and Restaurant and Food Courts and Coco park shopping mall and many others and shopping park metro station. The hotel's elegant decor and welcoming atmosphere were truly delightful. The beautiful lobby and common areas were tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing ambiance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with well-maintained elevators and spacious hallways. It provided a comfortable environment for elderly guests like myself.

The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior travelers is having more seating areas in the hotel's public spaces. It would be wonderful to have additional chairs and benches available throughout the hotel, allowing seniors to rest and enjoy their surroundings without having to walk long distances.

The venue has particularly good and marvellous setting to CBD financial area. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, I appreciated them.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was spacious and had a nice power shower. The facilities on site were well kept and clean. The property was thoroughly cleaned every day, which was appreciated. Plus, the location was great, with lots of small restaurants and shops around. The convenience store across from the main entrance was also a bonus for quick supplies.

The paid WiFi was unreliable and didn't work well most of the time. It either connected with no internet access or wouldn't connect at all.

For the price, the value was good and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was great, close to a mall, and the staff, especially the front desk manager, Mr. Gino Mar, were amazing and spoke excellent English. The hotel had great facilities and even had a Halal food restaurant nearby. I will definitely be coming back to Somerset for my next stay in the city.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

The apartments at Somerset Grandview Shenzhen are simply amazing! The fully-equipped kitchen, separate living and dining areas, and comfortable bedrooms make me feel right at home. Plus, the private balcony offers stunning views of the city!

Personally, I found the refrigerator in the kitchen to be a bit small for my needs. However, I understand that others may not have the same requirement and could still find it sufficient.
